High Speed Disperser

High Speed Disperser
 Application
Applied to the industry of paints, inks, pigments, dyestuffs, cosmetics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics materials and other medium to high and low viscosity liquid materials.
 Working principle
High-speed Disperser is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently. The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension.

Characteristics

Ø        Uses concealed hydraulic lifting system to move the mixing shaft up and down.

Ø        Sturdy design base offers vibration free operation.

Ø        Inverter controlled variable speed motor make the mixer run in step-less speeds for best and optimal mixing speeds from 0-1500rpm.

Ø        Integrated main mechanical body with electric controlled system and hydraulic lifting controlled system in one box makes operations hassle-free.

Ø        The upper part can be adjustable to match the different mixing angle requirement. Hydraulic lifting and Inverter Controlled variable Speed.

Ø        Little air absorption during mixing and dispersing process.
It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size efficiently.

Ø     No dead corner during mixing. Easy to clean, wide capacity range, various speed control, digital display, stable operation, low noise and long- time continuous operation.

Ø        The finesse is less than 25 micron.

Designs principle and concept

Ø        Units all mixing system, hydraulic system, operation system, control system in one machine body, no extra set of oil box, control box. This will save the machine operating space, and smoothly the operating process.

Mixing shafts

Ø        Made of stainless steel, the fixed fabric was adopted the length distance fixation which fixed from both bearing supporting points. It makes machine very stable while mixing.

Mixing speed

Ø        Variable mixing speed from 0 –1500 rpm.

Upper machine head

Ø        Can adjust the swiveling angle.

Safety devices

Ø        Automatic stop safety system while machine runs over load.

Up/down structure

Ø        To co-ordinate the hydraulic system and electrical controlling system to control mixing shaft up or mixing shaft down.

Operating control box

Ø        Installs on main machine body.
