 Application
Used for a variety of liquid mixing process and various viscosity materials, and make it work in a vacuum, taking air bubbles in the entrained material. Depending on the mixing requirements, choosing different models and blenders, and also choosing jacket cooling or jacket heating. Stirring shaft and the cylinder head can lift, easy to operate.
 Working principle
Sealed container, reduce volatilization scattered. Through the vacuum can realize feeding automation. Through the pressure can effectively accelerated material.

  • The parts contact with materials are made of SS 304, SS 321, SS 316.
  • The finished products' fineness  is 1~2μm。
  • Vacuum system is installed with vacuum pump, which vacuumizes from the upper cover.
  • Rapid stirring shaft is gear-type,the independent unit motor( 0 – 200rpm)  and frequency control matched. It works with speed 0 – 1500rpm。
  • The SS mixing shaft is composed of butterfly wing-style mixing leaf scraper.

 Power Supply: 380V,50/60Hz (Can be customized)

Speed Adjustment: Frequency Converter

Material: The part contacting with materials is SS304 or SS316L

Height Adjustment: Hydraulic Lifting

 

Cover: Generally it is oval. Both the tank body and the cover are with big flange. If required, locking bolt is used to ensure the vacuum degree and pressure resistance.
